We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@relaxforhead.store with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
